With five generations all still working, we'll explore each age group's tendencies, preferences, and what motivates them. We'll then seek to find common ground between all generations to work better together. This is a fascinating (and fun) look into Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Get X, Millennials, and Gen Z which means we'll learn a little bit about ourselves, our kids, and most importantly, those we work with and work for.
Goal : We'll better understand each generation's work style and how to work well together and get the most from them.
Objective 1 : We'll see what influenced each generations values, tendencies, and work ethic.
Objective 2 : We'll see how we all have more in common than we thought and how to use these commonalities to our advantage.
Objective 3 : We'll apply what we learn to have more empathy, respect, and understanding for each generation we interact with.
