I have 12years at UW Medicine, and 1 1/2 years in Rad Onc. I have also been a consultant, mainly academic health care, and was in strategic planning for a rural health system in Illinois. In my current role I have been focused on stabilizing staff and addressing needs of the academic parts of the department, but now need to become more educated on the clinic practice, including work flow and coding.
We are on the brink of becoming a more critical part of Fred Hutch Cancer Center and I would like to connect with someone who can guide me through these changes with a focus on radiation oncology in a large cancer center.
