I am Radiation Oncology Department Manager at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, where I provide strategic and operational leadership for two radiation oncology clinics. In my role, I oversee clinical operations, financial performance, workforce development, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with physician leadership to optimize patient care delivery and departmental performance.
I hold a Master of Health Science with a concentration in Health Management and I am a registered radiologic technologist and radiation therapist. I am actively involved in professional organizations including the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, the Society of Radiation Oncology Administrators, and North Carolina Society of Radiologic Technologists where I contribute to advocacy, leadership development, and professional advancement initiatives.
I have presented at several national conferences and have authored publications focused on radiation oncology care delivery and healthcare operations. I am passionate about advancing the radiation therapy profession, improving patient outcomes, and developing sustainable, high-performing teams within oncology care.
