I graduated from the Hamilton Regional Cancer Centre Radiation Therapy program in 1993 and worked as a Radiation Therapist at the Hamilton Regional Cancer Center in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada from 1993 until 1998, when I moved into a Medical Dosimetry position.  In 2001, I emigrated to the USA and worked as a Medical Dosimetrist at the Mountain States Tumor Institute in Boise/Nampa, ID from 2001-2003.  In 2003, I joined Roswell Park Cancer Institute as a Staff Dosimetrist and became Chief Medical Dosimetrist in 2007, a post which I still hold.  After serving in several volunteer positions with the American Association of Medical Dosimetrists, I was elected as President in 2017, and will move into the role of Immediate Past President in  August of this year.
