Bio

I’ve spent more than 25 years in radiation oncology and what I’m most proud of is having the privilege of walking alongside thousands of individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult moments.  I began my career as a Radiation Therapist and have grown alongside the Bismarck Cancer Center (BCC), serving in several leadership roles before becoming Executive Director in 2016.  As a non-profit freestanding radiation oncology clinic, BCC proudly provides state-of-the-art cancer care to individuals throughout central and western North Dakota.

While advanced technology plays an important role in treating cancer, I believe healing goes far beyond what happens in the treatment room.  That’s why I’m passionate about ensuring every individual has access to the support they need beyond cancer treatment. Through the establishment of the Bismarck Cancer Center Foundation, individuals receive support services that ease the financial, emotional, and practical challenges of a cancer diagnosis… allowing individuals and their families to focus on healing.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband as we work toward visiting all 50 states, spending time with family, gardening, biking, hiking, and exploring creative hobbies like watercolor painting and embroidery.

Whether being a servant leader, supporting a fundraiser, or discovering a new trail, I believe the best experiences come from building connections, embracing lifelong learning, and finding joy in everyday moments.
