Mike Grindstaff
Mike Grindstaff is the Director of Radiation Oncology for TriHealth Cancer Institute, Cincinnati Ohio. I have responsibility for day-today operations of five hospital-based centers (Dec 2020 last one opens). I have been leading radiation oncology centers in various roles for 19 years. I began as a therapist in 1992. I work directly with leadership to operationalize and plan strategic capital investments to ensure our patients have access to the best technology and care they deserve. Passion to providing excellent patient care has been a staple of my career and why I love what I do.
I am happily married to my lovely wife Janine. We enjoy our family, a son Adam who serves as a Police Officer and daughter Emily is a Senior PM with Anthem. Michael, our son-in-law wo operates his own construction company. We are the proud new grandparents for the first time in March of '22. My wife and I enjoy riding our Harley Davidson motorcycle and playing golf. We have experienced building multiple homes and projects in our time together pouring sweat and tears into each house we built. Needless to say, we enjoy staying busy!
