Megan Bogany is the Administrator for the Department of Radiation Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine. She has been with Baylor for over 8 years and worked with the Department of Radiation Oncology for 6 years. She started out as an Administrative Fellow and then transitioned to a project management role in business development, before moving to Radiation Oncology. She is looking to grow her Radiation Oncology network as she expands her knowledge of the service line. Her top projects currently are improving the billing & coding of her clinics and transitioning one of her clinics to a new building.
